Loan Solution, Inc.

In 1999, Loan Solution, Inc. President Colleen Bigler asked us to redesign her company website in order to provide introductory information to brokers, investors and borrowers in order to obtain qualified leads and further business for her company.

We created a design in keeping with her industry and helped to write ad copy which seamlessly conveys her knowledge of her industry to each of Loan Solution, Inc.'s three distinct marketing categories. The website downloads fast, functions smartly, and is very easy to use — and has proven to be very successful for its owner over many years.

Update: After a good seven-year run with the first design, we redesigned loan-solution.com and added blog to enable the company to add news and articles, and to update information on its own.

It's true that smaller companies and one-man shops can benefit from having their own websites, thereby gaining their own customers without having to rely on (and pay) others to bring in new customers.

The loan-solution.com website is an excellent example of a very successful web presence for a small company.
